目的：重点探索在滴虫阴道炎患者中采用不同剂型甲硝唑进行治疗的效果。方法：选取的研究对象是2011年1月初至2013年12月底在我院接受治疗的37例滴虫阴道炎患者，将患者随机分成两组，19例观察组患者给予甲硝唑栓剂局部给药，18例对照组患者口服甲硝唑片。对比不同剂型甲硝唑治疗滴虫阴道炎的效果。结果：对照组的治疗总有效率仅为77.78%，观察组的治疗总有效率可达94.74%，观察组的治疗效果显然优于对照组。结论：甲硝唑栓剂局部给药治疗滴虫阴道炎的疗效显著，值得推荐。%Objective:To explore the use of different formulations of metronidazole focus Trichomonas vaginitis patients in treatment effect.
