不同剂量孕激素治疗月经失调的临床研究

摘要

目的：研究不同剂量孕激素治疗月经失调的临床效果。方法：将所有患者随机分为四组，每组患者均采用不同剂量的孕激素进行治疗。结果：四组子宫内膜增厚、撤药性出血发生率差异较小（P＞0.05），丁组不良发应发生率明显高于其他三组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：低剂量的孕激素能够减少不良反应，安全可靠，值得临床广泛应用。%Objective:To study the clinical effect dose progesterone treatment of menstrual disorders.Methods:All patients were randomly divided into four groups,each group patients were treated with different doses of progestin treatment.Results:Four groups of endometrial thickening, small differences in the incidence of withdrawal bleeding herbs(P>0.05),the small incidence of adverse hair should be significantly higher than the other three groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose progesterone can reduce adverse reactions,safe and reliable,worthy of wider application.
