大学生恋人依恋现状及与亲密关系质量的关系

摘要

Objective To understand the style of attachment to lovers and intimate relationship quality among undergraduate students.Method ECR ( Experience in close Relationship Inventory ) and Quality of Intimacy Questionnaires were used to survey 138 undergraduate lovers .Findi nsg The majority of undergraduate lovers are of secure attachment style , which accounts for 41.3% of the population and they enjoy the highest intimate relationship quality .The females'attachment avoidance tendency(t=5.025) and anxiety tendency (t=2.773) are significantly higher than those of the male (P <0.01 ) .The liberal arts students'attachment avoidance tendency is significantly higher than that of science students ( t=3.818, P<0.001 ).Avoidance tendency and intimate relationship quality (r=-0.535~-0.704,P<0.01) as well as anxiety tendency and respect (r=-0.378,P<0.01) is negatively related.Conclusion Adulthood attachment relates to intimate relationship quality .%目的：探讨大学生恋人依恋状况及其与亲密关系质量的关系。方法采用亲密关系经历量表和亲密关系质量问卷对138名大学生恋人进行评定。结果大学生恋人中安全型恋人最多，占41．3％，且拥有最高的亲密关系质量，女性依恋回避（t＝5．025）和焦虑倾向（t＝2．773）显著高于男性（均P＜0．01），文科生依恋回避倾向显著高于理科生（t＝3．818，P＜0．001），回避倾向与亲密关系质量（r＝－0．535～－0．704，P＜0．01）、焦虑倾向与尊重性（r＝－0．378，P＜0．01）均呈负相关。结论成人依恋与恋爱亲密关系质量相关。
