通心络联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛120例临床观察

摘要

Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy of Tong Xin Luo and She xiang Bao Xin Wan on coronary heart disease (CHD) angina pectoris . Methods :120 patients of angina pectoris from coronary heart disease (CHD) were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was given conven-tional coronary disease angina pectoris treatment ,the observation group was give Tong Xin Luo and She xiang Bao Xin Wan more .Results :The total effi-ciency of the observation group was higher than of the control group .With significant differences (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Tong Xin Luo and She xiang Bao Xin Wan can play a signiffcant clinical effect on the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris ,effective in ECG recovery of patients with ad-verse changes .%目的：观察通心络联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：我所120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组应用常规冠心病心绞痛治疗，观察组在此基础上应用通心络联合麝香保心丸治疗。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：通心络联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛有显著临床效果。
