日本分级诊疗制度及其对我国的启示

摘要

Establish the grading treatment system is the key to resolve health resource allocation imbalance and treatment to patients in unreasonable flow. From the perspective of comparative systems, analysis on the reason of selecting Japan as a representative sample, and the main practices on Japanese grading treatment system. Then suggest recommendations on grading treatment system in China.%建立分级诊疗制度是破解医疗卫生资源配置不平衡和就诊病人流向不合理问题的关键。本文从比较制度的视角，在分析选择日本作为典型样本的理由、日本分级诊疗的主要做法等基础上，对完善我国分级诊疗制度提出建议。
