The sensitive information disclosure modes in electricity spot market abroad and their enlightenments for China

Information disclosure mechanism is an important part in the construction of electricity spot market, whose core design is the sensitive information disclosure related to system security and market manipulation. First of all, the classifications of the sensitive information and the critical problems in the design process of disclosure mechanism were introduced. Then, the practical experience for different sensitive information disclosure are summarized in the foreign electricity spot market. At last, some suggestions for sensitive information disclosure, which are expected to play a certain role in the construction of China's electricity spot market, are put forward considering the native actual situations.
