延迟脐带结扎防治早产儿低血糖的临床研究

摘要

Objective To research the clinical effect of delaying umbilical cord ligation to prevent premature hypoglycemia. Meth-ods Select 80 premature infants,all cases were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(40 cases) were performed intrave-nous supplementation of glucose treatment in new born infants,and the umbilical cord ligation time of observation group 40 cases in ba-bies delayed 30 seconds to 2 minutes then we observed two group in 3 hours,12 hours,24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours in the dynamic changes of hypoglycemia and 1,2,4 and 6 weeks in dynamic changes of Hb in premature infants. then analyzed. Results The two groups of premature birth after glucose changes compared with significant statistical difference,P<0. 05;the two groups of premature birth of Hb changes compared with significant statistical difference,P<0. 01. Conclusion In clinical delayed umbilical cord ligation significant prevent premature hypoglycemia effect which can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of glucose infusion.%目的：研究延迟脐带结扎防治早产儿低血糖的临床效果。方法将80例符合研究条件的早产儿患者随机分成两组,两组均40例,对照组在早产儿生后静脉给予葡萄糖静点支持治疗,观察组在与对照组治疗相同,在其基础上出生时延迟脐带结扎时间30s~2min。观察两组早产儿生后3h、12h、24h、48h、72h血糖的情况,并对1w、2w、4w、6w的Hb变化情况进行分析比较,进行统计学分析。结果两组早产儿血糖动态变化情况比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05；两组早产儿生后Hb动态变化情况比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论延迟脐带结扎可有效防止早产儿低血糖,提高输注葡萄糖的治疗效果。
