目的：探讨富含脂肪及淋巴成分组织的冰冻切片制作方法。方法临床送检的富含脂肪及淋巴成分组织(乳腺淋巴结、乳腺淋巴瘤和胸腺肿瘤等)经由德国 Leica CM 1950型恒低温冷冻切片机进行快速冰冻切片制作，控制冷冻头-35℃用新的锋利刀片，首先调整切片厚度为5μm 进行冰冻切片制作数张，后将切片厚度调整至15μm 甚至更厚，将切出的平整切片进行快速 HE 染色，光镜下观察。结果上述方法制作的切片，薄厚均匀，组织结构基本完整，光镜下染色鲜艳，核质对比度高。结论该方法简便快速，可满足对富含脂肪及淋巴成分组织病理检查需求。%ObjectiveTo explore the production experience of rich in fat and lymphatic Ingredients tissue frozen sections. Conclusion That methods is Simple and Fast. it is satisfied of intraoperative rapid patho-logical diagnosis.
