联合应用钢板螺钉和斯式针内固定治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的临床研究

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of plate screwm and Steinmann pin in treatment of comminu-ted calcaneal fractures. Methods Forty eight patients who were diagnosed with comminuted calcaneal fractures were collected, ran-domly divided into simple group and combined group, the former accepted plate screw fixation for the treatment, and the latter re-ceived plate screwm and Steinmann pin combination therapy;the surgical conditions and postoperative pain, as well as the changes of BOHLER angle, GISSANE angle and foot functions in preoperative and postoperative were compared. Results There was no signifi-cant difference in surgical conditions(P>0. 05);the recovery of BOHLER angle, GISSANE angle and foot function after surgery were faster and better in the combined group than the simple group(P<0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of combination of plate screwm and Steinmann pin in treatment of comminuted calcaneal fractures was positively, worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨联合应用钢板螺钉和斯式针内固定术在治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折中的临床疗效。方法48例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者纳入本研究，随机均分为单纯组和联合组，单纯组接受钢板螺钉治疗，联合组接受钢板螺钉和斯式针联合内固定治疗；比较两组患者的手术情况和术后疼痛情况，以及术前术后BOHLER角、GISSANE角、足部功能变化。结果两组患者手术情况并无显著差异(P>0.05)，术后BOHLER角、GISSANE角和足部功能恢复联合组优于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用钢板螺钉和斯式针内固定术治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折术疗效好，值得在临床推广应用。
