加拿大《在电子工作环境中管理电子文件》办法的研究

摘要

With the development of modern information technology,the number of electronic document is gradually increasing. In the face of users' information demands,scientifically and effectively saving huge lots of electronic document becomes an important task. Canada formulated the"management in the electronic environment of electronic document" for long-term access and protection problems of electronic document. This approach is rich in content,and is a good example of the government management of the electronic document,which has the certain enlightenment function to electronic document management and legislation in our country.%　　随着现代信息技术的发展，电子文件的数量逐渐增多。面对日益增加的用户信息需求，科学有效地保存数量巨大的电子文件成为一个重要课题。加拿大针对电子文件长期存取与保护的问题制定了《在电子工作环境中管理电子文件》办法。这一办法内容比较丰富，并且很好地体现了政府对电子文件的管理，对我国电子文件管理和立法具有一定的启示作用。
