PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient electronic file management device.SOLUTION: An electronic file management device comprises: a transmission control unit for controlling a communication unit to transmit an electronic file used in a group to an information display device used by a user belonging to the group; and an update control unit that, when an electronic file is received from an information display device used by a user belonging to the group, controls the communication unit to give identification information unique in the group to the electronic file and transmit it to the information display device used by the user belonging to the group, and makes a storage unit store the received electronic file by associating it with the identification information. When identification information is received from an information display device used by a user belonging to the group, the transmission control unit controls the communication unit to transmit the electronic file corresponding to the identification information to the information display device of a transmission source of the identification information.
