高校学风建设的体制机制研究

摘要

Study style is the source for the development of universities. To creat a good style of study in colleges, it should be supported by academic management system of carrying forward academic freedom, talent training system complying with social demand and evaluation system of teachers and students providing scientific guidance. In addition, it still needs to build effective operating mechanisms: the academic democratic management mechanism, the career planning guide mechanism, the civilization facilitation mechanism, the mechanism of reward, punishment and elimination for students and the mechanism of assessment and promotion for teachers .%学风是高校的发展源动力，高校优良学风创建需要发扬学术自由的学术管理体制、顺应社会需求的人才培养体制、提供科学指导的师生评价体制为支撑，以及构建行之有效的运行机制：学术民主管理机制、职业规划引导机制、文明创建促进机制、学生奖惩淘汰机制、教师考核晋升机制。
