环境工程本科专业应用型人才培养的要求

摘要

现在本科生在学校所学的知识与工作单位的需求有很大的脱节,不能满足用人单位的要求.尤其是对我们这样的本科院校来说,要培养应用型人才,就必须重新修订学生培养方案,加大实验实践的教学课时,同时增设一些实用课程,这样可以使环境工程专业学生毕业后就能适应工作岗位的需求.本文对环境工程本科专业应用型人才培养的要求进行了初步的研究.%Now it is big difference between school knowledge and employer's demand, the knowledge mastered by undergraduate can't meet the conditions of employer. To training applied talents of our college, It is must to revising anew training program. Increased the class hours of experience and practice, and meanwhile to increased some practical courses. So the undergraduate will meet the requirement of the position. The article researched the requirements of applied talents of environmental engineer.
