胆内瘘的分型、诊断与治疗(附28例报告)

摘要

目的：探讨胆内瘘的分型，诊断与治疗，方法：对28例胆内瘘进行分型，随访治疗结果进行分析。结果：全组治愈25例(89.3%)另3例因胆管血管瘘和晚期肝硬化死亡。结论：胆内瘘一般需手术治疗，手术方式取决于瘘的类型、病因、瘘口大小及病情发展程度。%Objective To investigate the types,diagnosis and treatment of enterobiliary fistulas.Methods the type and clinical effect of 28 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results 25 of all cases (89.3%) were cured.3 cases died because of bile-vessel fistulas and advanced hepatocirrhosis.Conclusion Enterobiliary fistulas need surgical operation.The operative method should be determined according to the types and the size of fistulas, pathogenesis and disease condictions.
