肾动脉瘤的误诊与治疗(附3例报告)

摘要

Objective In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of Renal Artery Aneurysm.Methods From May 1992 to February 1999,3 cases of Renal Artery Aneurysm have been treatmented and followed up.The diagnosis,treatment and follow up results were studied and reviewed.Results There cases were misdiagnosed because of without aortography.One was misdiagnosed renal tumor,other was renal calculus, the other was acute abdominal pain:appendicitis.All were indentified by angiography and surgical management.Three case were cured by nephrectomy Conclusion The diagnosis of Renal Artery Aneurysm depend on renal angiography.Dopplor ultrasound was valuable.Surgical treatment was the main way.%目的　提高肾动脉瘤的诊断治疗水平。　方法　回顾总结1992年5月～1999年2月收治3例肾动脉瘤患者的临床资料。结果3例患者均出现误诊，1例误诊为肾肿瘤，1例误诊为肾结石，1例误诊为急腹症：阑尾炎，后经动脉造影及手术探查才得到证实。2例行肾切除，1例行肾动脉瘤切除，肾动脉原位修复术，疗效满意。结论　肾动脉瘤的诊断主要靠肾动脉造影，多普勒超声检查也很有价值，手术治疗为主要方法。
