颈椎板间隙撑开器

摘要

A holder was created to bolster the spaces between cervical laminae,in order to make it easy to bite the cranial edges of the laminae by a rongeur.The holder consists of a bolt with the cranial hook,the caudal hook and a controlling nut.It was used in 17 patients when their laminal gaps were too narrow to insert a tip of the rongeur.The result showed that the gaps were enlarged in all 17 cases .%目的　为了在行颈椎板成形椎管扩大手术中，能使椎板间隙张开，便于手术操作，研制了颈椎板间隙撑开器。方法：颈椎板间隙撑开器由头端C形钩臂及螺杆、尾端C形钩臂和轮状手动撑开螺母三部分构成。结论：在7例单开门颈椎管扩大术中的应用表明：该器械确实能撑开颈椎板间隙，解决手术中椎板间隙狭窄的问题，达到方便手术操作的目的。
