肱骨近端内锁定系统治疗肱骨外科颈骨折27例临床分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of proximal humeral internal locking system (PHILOS) in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture. Methods The clinical data of 27 patients with humeral surgical neck fracture undergoing PHILOS were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation went smoothly in all the cases. No case was found with complications such as blood vessel, nerve injuries or infection. Twenty-five patients were followed up for 8~20 months (an average of 12 months), which recovered in I period, with the satisfaction rate of 96% according to the Neer standard. Conclusion It is effective to treat humeral surgical neck fracture with PHILOS.%目的 评价应用肱骨近端内锁定系统(Proximal humeral internal locking system,PHILOS)治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的方法及疗效.方法 回顾性分析肱骨近端内锁定系统治疗肱骨外科颈骨折27例临床资料.结果 本组手术过程顺利,无神经、血管损伤,住院期间无感染等并发症发生.27例中25例获门诊随访,随访时间8～20个月,平均12个月,获得随访的患者骨折术后均Ⅰ期愈合,按Neer肩关节评价标准,优秀及满意率为96％.结论 肱骨近端解剖型钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折是一种有效的方法.
