目的 观察口服维生素B2辅助治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效.方法 门诊90例手足口病患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例.在抗病毒治疗的基础上观察组口服维生素B2,对照组局部涂抹碘甘油进行辅助治疗.动态观察两组患儿退热、皮疹结痂及主动进食、口腔溃疡愈合时间.结果 观察组患儿主动进食时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).退热时间,皮疹结痂时间组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 口服维生素B2治疗小儿手足口病口腔溃疡疗效满意,无明显不良反应,患儿依从性好.%Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of adjuvant use of vitamin B2 in the treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD). Methods 90 Children with HFMD were equally divided into the control group and the study group, each with 45 cases. The study group was given vitamin B2 for adjuvant treatment based on anti-virus therapy, while the control group was given jodine glycerin. The time of defervescence, active feeding, ulcer healing, and skin rash retrogression were investigated. Results The time of active feeding and ulcer healing in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The time of defervescence and rash retrogression between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Vitamin B2 showes a satisfactory adjuvant effect on HFMD.
