喉真菌病五例分析

摘要

目的 探讨喉真菌病的诊断和治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析我科2005年8月至2009年1月期间收治的5例原发性喉真菌病患者的临床资料,总结经验教训.结果 5例均给予局部雾化吸入抗真菌药及口服抗真菌药治疗,1个月后复诊,5例均治愈.4例随诊4年无复发,1例失访.结论 喉真菌病局部雾化吸入加口服抗真菌药效果较好,全身不良反应小.%Objective To discuss strategies on the diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal mycosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 5 patients with laryngeal mycosis treated from August 2005 to January 2009, based on a review on their clinical data. Results 5 cases were treated with local anti-fungal bacteria inhalation and oral antifiungal drug therapy, and treated with speak forbidding for 2 weeks. 5 cases were all cured. After the therapy, 4 cases had been followed up for 4 years without recurrence, and 1 case did not follow up. Condusion For the treatment of laryngeal mycosis,it is better to treat with local anti-fungal bacteria inhalation and oral antifungal drug.
