Preeclampsia is a unique syndrome during pregnancy, and it is one of the important causes of maternal and perinatal death Many domcstic and foreign researches have been focusing on the pathogencsis of preeclampsia, and some theories have been proposed. However, its mechanism has not yet been clarified. It has been demonstrated by recent studies that a new anti-angiogenic protein, sCD105 and ADAM12s may be related to the pathogenesis ofpreeclampsia.
