目的 比较颅内血肿的两种测定方法.方法 分别应用多田公式及ImageJ软件测量50例脑内血肿的体积,并对两组体积结果进行统计学分析.结果 脑内血肿的两种计算方法差异有统计学意义.结论 ImageJ软件算法较多田公式更具准确性.%To compare two numeration of cerebrum hematoma. Methods The volume of cerebrum hematoma in 50 cases was measured by the methods of Pullicino formula and lmageJ software, and then the resuits were compared by statistics analyses. Results There was a significant difference between two numeration of cerebrum hematoma. Conclusion ImageJ software numeration is more accurate than Pullicino formula.
