-80℃冰冻保存对血小板CD62P表达的影响

摘要

目的 初步探讨-80℃冰冻保存血小板1个月对血小板CD62P表达的影响.方法 采用流式细胞仪检测12例健康献血者-80℃冰冻1个月前后血小板CD62P的表达率.结果 血小板CD62p表达率冰冻前后对比差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 血小板加终浓度为5%DMSO,在-80℃条件下冰冻保存1个月,对血小板的活化功能无明显影响.%To investigate and analyze the CD62p expression ofplatetet at-80℃ froze preserving.Methods Using flow cytometry (FCM) detection, 12 healthy donors CD62p express rate of platelet before-80℃ freezing and one month after freezing. Results CD62p expression rate freeze in platelet showed no statistically significant difference before and after freezing. Conclusion Add the final concentration of 5％ DMSO, at -80 ℃ under the conditions of frozen preservation of one month, platelet activation function has no obvious effect.
