To provide more practical wound healing promoting agents that promote wound healing more effectively, in particular, more practical wound healing agents available in a larger quantity than peripheral blood platelets and having superior wound healing effect to peripheral platelets.SOLUTION: According to the invention, a population of platelet-like cells coexpressing a platelet surface antigen and one or more mesenchymal cell surface antigens is used. A wound-healing promoting agent comprising such a platelet-like cell population is more practical in wound-healing promotion.
