目的 评估喉切除患者语言障碍程度并通过护理干预实现食道发音.方法 设计评估表测评我院20例行喉切除患者的语言障碍程度,进行语言康复训练,评估干预效果.结果 20例喉切除患者各语言评估方面均存在很大的障碍.训练两周后,2人食道语发音达到高级水平,9人达到中级水平,6人达到低级水平,3人无食道语.训练完成2周后,患者各项语言能力均有明显改善.结论 喉切除患者存有明显语言障碍,通过护理干预可实现食道发音.%Objective To evaluate language barriers' degree of patients with laryngectomy, and achieve esophagus pronunciation through nursing intervention. Methods A evaluation table was designed to evaluate language barriers degree of 20 patients with laryngectomy in our hospital, then language rehabilitation training were given to those patients and intervention effect was analyzed. Results tThere were great obstacle of language assessment in 20 cases of laryngectomy. Training two weeks later, two patients' esophageal speech reached to high level, nine to intermediate level, six to lower level, and three to nothing. After two weeks of training completed, there were significant improvement in various language skills of patients. Conclusion Patients with laryngectomy had clear language barriers and esophagus pronunciation could be realized through nursing intervention.
