多排螺旋CT在诊断早期左心功能不全中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探讨多排螺旋CT应用于诊断早期左心功能不全中的临床价值.方法 选择近五年我院收治的心脏疾病患者100例作为研究对象,对DR心脏三位片拟诊早期左心功能不全患者行胸部多排螺旋CT扫描及彩色超声心动图检查,对比分析患者后两种检查的结果.结果 肺水肿并心功能不全患者的血管蒂宽度(VPW)、心胸比例(CTR)分别为(74.79±5.26) mm、(0.73±0.06),无肺水肿患者的VPW和CTR分别为(61.56±7.14)mm、(0.60±0.08)；彩超与HRCT检查测得的LVEDV、LVESV、LVSV、LVEF结果差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),两种检查方法的左心功能指标相关性好,r值=0.42～0.88,P＜0.05.结论 多排螺旋CT和超声心动图对早期左心室功能评价方面没有明显差异,可用于诊断早期左心功能不全,在心脏功能不全患者的评价中有临床应用价值.%Objective To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of early left ventricular dysfunction. Methods One hundred patients with heart disease admitted into our hospital in the recent five years were selected as research subjects. The susceptive patients of early left ventricular dysfunction diagnosed by DR the heart of three tablets were examined by multi-slice spiral CT and echocardiography. Then the results of the two examination methods were compared. Results The vascular pedicle width (VPW) and cardiothoracic ratio (CTR) were (74.79 ±5.26) mm and (0.73 ±0.06) for patients with cardiac dysfunction complicated with pulmonary edema, while (61.56±7.14) mm and (0.60±0.08) for patients with cardiac dysfunction not complicated with pulmonary edema. The results of LVEDV, LVESV, LVSV, LVEF measured by echocardiography and HRCT showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The indicators of left ventricular function of the two examination methods showed a good correlation, with r=0.42~0.88, P<0.05. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT and echocardiography has no statistically significant difference in the evaluation of early left ventricular function. They can both be used to diagnose the early left ventricular dysfunction.
