牛耳枫药材中总黄酮含量测定

摘要

Objective To establish the methods for the determination of total flavonoids in Daphniphylium calycinum. Methods The total flavonoids was determined by visable spectrophotometry with the detection wavelength of 510 nm after color development reaction, using rutin as the control. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 7.84-47.04 μg/mL for total flavonoids (r=0.999 8), and the average recovery of total flavonoids was 98.51% with RSD of 2.48%. Conclusion The method established can be used to determine the content of total flavonoids in Daphniphylium calycinum and to control the quality of Daphniphylium calycinum.%目的 建立测定牛耳枫药材中总黄酮的含量方法.方法 以芦丁为对照,显色后采用分光光度法于510nm处测定总黄酮含量.结果 总黄酮在7.84～47.04 μg/ml (r＝0.9998)范围内线性关系良好；总黄酮的平均回收率为98.51％,RSD＝2.48％.结论 建立的方法可用于牛耳枫总黄酮的测定.
