海南黎族哮喘ORMDL3基因多态性研究

摘要

目的 探讨海南黎族哮喘与ORMDL3基因多态性的关系.方法 采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)等方法对120例黎族哮喘患者ORMDL3基因多态性进行观察,并与150例正常对照组进行对比.结果 哮喘组rs7216389位点TT型基因与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；哮喘组rs11650680位点TT型和CC型与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 ORMDL3基因多态性变化可能与黎族哮喘患者发病有一定的相关性.%Objective To explore the relationship between the genetic polymorphism of 0RMDL3 gene and asthma in Li Nationality of Hainan province. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RLFP) was used to detect the genetic polymorphism of 0RMDL3 gene in 120 patients with asthma in Li Nationality (the asthma group) and in 150 normal individuals (the control group). Results There was statistically significant difference in TT gene of rs7216389, TT and CC gene of rsl 1650608 between the asthma group and the control group. Conclusion The genetic polymorphism of ORDL3 gene showed a certain correlation with the asthma of Li nationality.
