PURPOSE: A marker for diagnosing aspiring intolerant asthma(AIA) using RAB1A polymorphism is provided to prevent and treat AIA. CONSTITUTION: An RAB1A gene polymorphic marker for diagnosing AIA(aspirin intolerant asthma) is selected within member RAS oncogene family(RAB1A) genome of sequence number 25 and contains 20-100 serial nucleic acid molecules with 27777th base, G or T. The marker is selected within RAB1A genome having sequence number 25 and contains 20-100 serial polynucleotide with 43556th base, C or G.
