尺动脉腕上穿支游离皮瓣的临床应用

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical applications of the flap with supracarpal cutaneous branch of ul-nar artery for repairing skin defect of the finger. Methods Twelve patients with skin defects of the finger [(1.6～2.8) cmx(3.0~4.5) cm)] were repaired with the flap with supracarpal cutaneous branch of ulnar artery, and the donor site of forearm were sutured directly. Results All the 12 flaps repaired survived, of which 2 were anaplastied after 3 months. During the follow-up ranged from 2 months to 2 years, with an average of 7 months, the function and appear-ance of finger were satisfactory. Conclusion The flap with supracarpal cutaneous branch of ulnar artery was an ide-al method for repairing skin defect of the finger.%目的 探讨尺动脉腕上穿支微型游离皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损的临床应用.方法 12例手指皮肤缺损患者,缺损面积为(1.6～2.8) cm×(3.0～4.5) cm,以尺动脉腕上支为轴心血管,切取前臂微型穿支皮瓣修复,前臂供区直接缝合.结果 12例皮瓣全部成活,2例3个月后行皮瓣整形术.术后随访2个月～2年,平均7个月,手指功能与外观均满意,皮肤饱满.结论 尺动脉腕上穿支微型皮瓣游离移植修复手部皮肤缺损是一种较为理想的方法.
