儋州地区女性感染人乳头瘤病毒基因亚型分析

             

摘要

Objective To understand the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) in Danzhou and the genotype distribution,and HPV infection status of the women of different ages,in order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of HPV infection.Methods A total of 1 602 women in Danzhou were tested by HPV DNA chip technology (PCR-reverse dot blot hybridization) for 23 HPV genotypes.The infection of the subtypes was compared.Results ① HPV was detected positive in 360 cases,with the positive rate of 22.47%.The total number of the detected subtypes was 461.High-risk infection accounted for 79.39%,with the HPV genotypes of 16,52,58 type,and low-risk infection accounted for 20.61%,with the HPV genotypes of 43,6 type.② Results showed single infection in 282 cases (78.33%),multiple infection in 78 cases (21.67%).③ The highest infection rate of women aged 40~50 (123/360,accounting for 34.17%); ≤20 age group the highest rates of infection (7/11,accounting for 63.64%).④Multiple infection mostly occurred in women of 21~30 years old.Conclusion HPV genotyping can detect various subtypes at the same time,which is beneficial to early warning and early treatment of cervical cancer,and can be used as an effective method for cervical cancer screening.%目的 了解海南西部儋州地区妇女人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染和基因型的分布,以及不同年龄段妇女人群HPV感染状况,为防治HPV感染提供科学依据.方法 采用HPV基因芯片技术(PCR-反向点杂交法)对海南西部儋州地区1 602名妇女进行23种HPV基因型的分型检测,并对各亚型感染情况进行对比分析.结果 ①HPV阳性检出360例,阳性率为22.47%;各亚型检出总和为461次,其中高危型感染占79.39%,以HPV基因型16、52、58型为主;低危型占20.61%,以ⅢPV基因型43、6型多见;②单一感染为282例,占78.33%;多重感染78例,占21.67%;③≤20岁年龄组感染率最高(7/11,占63.64%);④多重感染以21-30岁最多.结论 HPV基因分型可同时进行多种亚型的检测,有利于对宫颈癌的早期预警和早期治疗,可作为宫颈癌筛查的有效手段.
