体检人群血脂和尿酸水平的性别差异及相关性

摘要

Objective To study the differences in the levels of blood fat and uric acid (UA) between gender and the correlation of them in healthy persons.Methods A total of 695 healthy persons were divided into male group (n=412) and female group (n=283).The levels of cholesterol,triglycedde,high density lipoprotein (HDL) and UA were detected,and the data obtained were statistically analyzed.Results The ratios of high triglyceride and high uric acid (HUA) in male group were both significantly higher than those in female group (P＜0.01).The levels of triglyceride,cholesterol and UA of male group were significantly higher than female group,but the level of HDL was significantly lower (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).The level of UA was in positive correlation to the levels of cholesterol and triglyceride,but in negative correlation to the level of HDL.Conclusion The levels of blood fat and UA are significantly different between males and females,to which importance should be attached in early prevention and treatment.%目的 了解健康体检人群中血脂和尿酸水平的性别差异及相关性.方法 将695例健康体检者按照性别分为男性体检组412例和女性体检组283例,检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和尿酸(UA)水平,并对其进行统计学分析.结果 男性体检组中高甘油三酯和高尿酸血症的检出率明显高于女性(P＜0.01);甘油三酯、胆固醇及尿酸的水平也明显高于女性,但高密度脂蛋白水平明显低于女性(P＜0.01或P＜0.05),尿酸与胆固醇和甘油三酯水平呈正相关,与HDL水平呈负相关.结论 男性和女性人群血脂和尿酸水平存在性别差异,在早期预防和治疗中应引起重视.
