肺癌患者外周血IL-17水平的检测及其临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of IL-17 in human non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods Seventy-six patients with non-small-cell lung cancer were enrolled in our study (the study group),and 30 healthy individuals were collected as the control group.The expression of IL-17 was detected by ELISA.Results The expression of IL-17 in the study group was (494.6± 161.3)pg/ml,significantly higher than (326.7±122.5)pg/ml in the control group (P＜0.05).The expression of IL-17 was not significant related with the gender or age of patients.The IL-17 expression was associated with lymph node metastasis,the degree of tumor differentiation,and clinical TNM pathologic stage in non-small-cell lung cancer patients (P＜0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of IL-17 may be involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer,which might be used as a new indicator to estimate the degree of differentiation or prognosis of lung cancer.%目的 检测非小细胞肺癌患者中IL-17表达的变化,探讨其相关的临床意义.方法 收集2011年12月至2012年12月我院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者76例,另选取我院体检中心的健康体检者30例作为正常对照.IL-17表达的测定使用ELISA法.结果 肺癌患者中IL-17的表达为(494.6±161.3)pg/ml,显著高于正常对照平的(326.7±122.5)pg/ml (P＜0.05).IL-17的表达在肺癌患者不同的年龄和性别之间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而在有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤的分化程度和不同临床分期之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 IL-17表达的升高可能参与了肺癌的发生、发展过程,IL-17表达的检测有可能成为肺癌分级、预后评估的新指标.
