A-T瓣在下唇大型黏液囊肿切除术中的应用体会

摘要

目的 研究下唇较大黏液囊肿切除术后,应用A-T瓣对缺损的整复效果.方法 对明确诊断为下唇黏液囊肿且囊肿直径＞ 1.5 cm的25例患者,行手术切除后即刻利用A-T瓣修复下唇缺损,观察随访下唇重建效果及并发症情况.结果 所有患者术后一周都达到了一期愈合,下唇外观满意.随访6个月无一例复发.结论 应用A-T瓣能够有效整复下唇大型黏液囊肿切除术后缺损,并保持唇部正常形态.%Objective To investigate the effectiveness of reconstructing the defect in the lower lip by using A-T flap after large mucocele resection.Methods Twenty-five patients,diagnosed as the lower lip mucocele and cyst diameter larger than 1.5 cm,was chosen.After surgical resection,the defect was immediately reconstructed by A-T flap.Patients were followed up for reconstruction effects and complications.Results After a week,all the patients recovered well,and the lower lips appearance were satisfactory.No recurrence was found during 6 months of follow-up.Conclusion Reconstruction of lower lip large mucocele resection defect by A-T flaps has good efficacy and can significantly maintain the lips appearance.
