针对性护理干预对外科手术患者术后疼痛的影响

摘要

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing intervention on postoperative pain for patients with surgical operation.Methods The 120 patients with surgical operation in our hospital during the period from Oct.2012 to Feb.2013 were randomized into the control group (routine nursing)and the observation group (the targeted nursing intervention based on the routine nursing),with 60 patients in each group.At 24 h and 72 h after operation,the postoperative pain VRS scores according to the verbal rating scale (VRS)in the two groups were valued.The effect of postoperative pain on the psychological,sleep and activity in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the VRS scores at 24 h and 72 h after operation were significantly decreased in the observation group,P＜0.05;compared with the control group,the effect of postoperative pain on the psychological,sleep and activity in the observation group were significantly reduced,P＜0.05.Conclusion For patients with surgical operation,the effective targeted nursing intervention can significantly relieve the postoperative pain,improve the postoperative analgesia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨针对性护理干预对外科手术患者术后疼痛的影响.方法 将2012年10月至2013年2月期间我院诊治的120例外科手术患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理基础上,加用针对性护理干预),每组各60例,于术后24h和72 h,根据口述分级评分法(VRS)评估两组患者术后疼痛VRS评分,并比较术后疼痛对两组心理、睡眠、活动的影响.结果 与对照组比较,观察组术后24h和72 hVRS评分明显减少,术后疼痛对心理、睡眠、活动的影响显著降低,其差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 有效的针对性护理干预能够明显缓解外科手术患者术后疼痛,提高术后镇痛效果,值得临床推广.
