目的 观察盐酸氨溴索口服治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效.方法 将356例分泌性中耳炎患者按随机数字表法分为常规治疗组176例,盐酸氨溴索组180例,常规治疗组给予头孢羟氨苄、强的松、二丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂交替滴(喷)鼻；盐酸氨溴索组在常规治疗组的基础上加用口服盐酸氨溴索,比较两组治疗后显效率和有效率、纯音测听及声导抗图变化情况.结果 治疗两周后盐酸氨溴索组总有效率为95.56％,高于常规治疗组(83.52％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗后两组不同频率气导听力提高水平差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后盐酸氨溴索组鼓室导抗图有效为93.89％,高于常规治疗组(80.68％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 盐酸氨溴索可以促进咽鼓管表面活性物质的分泌,改善纤毛的功能,有助于提升临床疗效.%Objective To study the curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods Three hundred and fifty-two patients with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into convention al treatment group (176 cases) and ambroxol hydrochloride group (180 cases) according to computer grouping way. Pa tients in conventional treatment group were given cefadroxil, prednisone and beclomethasone dipropionate aerosol to alter nate spray nose, while those in ambroxol hydrochloride group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride additionally on the basis of conventional treatment group. The significant effective rate, effective rate, changes of pure tone test and acous tic immittance diagram were compared between the two groups. Results After two weeks of treatment, overall effective rate ambroxol hydrochloride group was 95.56%, significantly higher than conventional treatment group (83.52%), P<0.05. The difference between these two groups' improving level of different frequency air guide listening was statistically signifi cant (P<0.05). Change of tympanogram of Ambroxol hydrochloride group was 93.89%, significantly higher than conven tional treatment group (80.68%), P<0.05. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride can promote secretion of eustachian tube surfactant, improve functions of cilium, which can help to promote curative effect.
