目的 探讨护理干预对老年帕金森抑郁患者治疗效果的影响.方法 将我院2011年5月至2012年5月收治的42例老年帕金森抑郁患者随机分为对照组和干预组各21例,对照组实施常规药物治疗,干预组在实施药物治疗的基础上实施护理干预,经过2个月治疗后,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评估.结果 2个月治疗后,干预组HAMD评分为(12.44±5.17)分,对照组为(18.54±5.45)分.干预组显效率达到90.5％,高于对照组的66.7％.两组在HAMD评分和显效率上差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),干预组明显优于对照组.结论 护理干预能够有效缓解和改善老年帕金森患者抑郁症状,对患者身心康复具有重要作用.%Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on elderly Parkinson's patients with depression treatment effect. Methods 21 cases admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012, 42 elderly patients with Parkinson's patients with depression were randomly divided into a control group and the intervention group, the control group, the implementation of the conventional drug treatment, the intervention group implemented on the basis of the implementation of drug treatment nursing intervention, after 2 months of treatment, to be assessed using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD).
