目的：探讨心理行为干预配合药物治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法将68例患者按数字表格法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组34例。对照组给予单纯药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合心理行为干预治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效及心理健康变化情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.06%(33/34)，显著高于对照组患者的82.35%(28/34)(χ2=3.981，P<0.05)；观察组患者躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑等核心负面情绪的改善显著优于对照组(t=3.537、4.012、3.731、3.975、4.109，P<0.05)。结论在药物治疗的基础上配合心理行为干预治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕疗效显著，可明显提高治愈率，有效缓解患者的不良心理情绪，改善心理健康状况。%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological behavioral intervention with drug in the treatment of ovulatory disorders. Methods Sixty-eight patients with ovulatory disorders were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was only given drug for treatment, while the observation group was given psychological and behavioral intervention thera-py on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and mental health changes of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%(33/34), significantly higher than 82.35%(28/34) of the control group (χ2=3.981, P<0.05). The improvements in compulsion, depression, anxiety and other nega-tive emotions were significantly better than those in the control group (t=3.537, 4.012, 3.731, 3.975, 4.109, P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological behavioral intervention with drug has significant effect in the treatment of ovulatory disorders, and it can significantly improve the cure rate, effectively alleviate the adverse emotions, and improve mental health.
