超声造影在肾脏常见肿瘤诊断中的应用现况及前景展望

肾脏肿瘤是泌尿系统最常见的肿瘤之一，严重危害成人健康。超声造影能够实时动态的显示肿瘤及正常人体组织的血流灌注，能够清晰的显示肾脏肿瘤的血管及微血管，为鉴别诊断肾脏肿瘤的良恶性提供了一种科学的方法。%Renal cell carcinoma is one of the most common tumors in the urinary system. It has become a dis-ease seriously affected the health of adult. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is realtime and dynamical method to monitor the blood perfusion of tumor tissues and normal human tissues, and can clearly show the organization of tumor blood vessels and capillaries, which provides a scientific method for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant renal neoplasms.
