Tregs免疫治疗策略的研究进展

当人体免疫调节失去平衡时，免疫应答将受到影响而造成组织或器官的损伤。调控免疫系统恢复到平衡状态，减轻免疫性损伤是免疫性疾病中研究的热点。调节性T细胞(Tregs)可对固有免疫及获得性免疫进行调控，使得生物医学领域将该细胞运用于免疫治疗中。本文将综述Tregs免疫治疗策略的研究进展。%When the body's immune regulation is out of balance, it will affect the immune response and lead to tissue or organ injury. Regulating the immune system return to the equilibrium, and reducing the immune injury is a hot spot in the study of immune diseases. Tregs modulate both innate and adaptive immunity, and the biomedical community has developed an intense interest in using Tregs for immunotherapy. The purpose of this paper is to review the research progress of Tregs immunotherapy strategies.
