信号转导分子与支气管哮喘气道炎症

             

摘要

Asthma is a type of heterogeneous disease which is characterized by chronic airway inflammation. The interaction of multiple inflammatory mediators and cytokines which secreted by airway structural cells and inflamma-tory cells forms a complex network, eventually lead to chronic airway inflammation. The key molecule of signaling path-way plays the role of molecular switches in airway inflammation, and is involved in regulating the information transfer of cells and the duration and intensity of airway inflammation. Identifying the function of these signaling molecules in airway inflammation network is significant to clarify the pathogenesis of asthma and develop new anti-inflammatory drugs.%支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种以气道慢性炎症为特征的异质性疾病.气道结构细胞和炎症细胞分泌的多种炎症介质和细胞因子的相互作用构成了一个复杂的网络,最终导致气道慢性炎症.信号转导通路中的关键分子在气道炎症反应中起着分子开关的作用,参与调控细胞内外的信息传递及气道炎症反应持续的时间和强度.探讨这些信号转导分子在哮喘气道炎症网络中的作用对于阐明哮喘发病机制、研发新型抗炎药物有着重要意义.
