目的 探讨老年人髋关节置换术后X线影像学检查的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析我院2013年1月至2015年3月收治的89例老年人髋关节置换术后的X线DR影像表现,并结合文献加以分析.结果 本组89例患者中22例髋部有异常X线表现,其中假体股骨头下沉3例,髋臼结构异常并发脱位1例,并发骨折2例,骨溶解2例,碎骨片及异位骨化钙化14例.结论 X线平片是观察人工髋关节置换术后最为常用和有效的检查方法.%Objective To investigate the clinical value of X-ray examination in elderly patients after hip re-placement. Methods The DR X-ray imaging findings of 89 elderly patients received hip replacement in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2015 were retrospectively analyzed based on literature. Results Among the 89 patients, 22 had abnormal X-ray findings in hip, including femoral head prosthesis sinking in 3 cases, acetabular structural abnor-malities complicated with dislocation in 1 case, fracture in 2 cases, osteolysis in 2 cases, broken bone piece and ectopic calcification or ossification in 14 cases. Conclusion X-ray plain film is the most commonly used and effective method for the observation of hip after artificial hip joint replacement.
