柳州地区人群幽门螺杆菌感染状况分析

摘要

目的 了解柳州地区人群幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染状况,分析Hp感染相关因素,为预防Hp感染提供理论依据.方法 采用双抗原夹心法(胶体金法)检测血清Hp抗体.分别按性别、年龄、不良生活习惯(吸烟、饮酒、嗜酸辣)及消化道基础疾病(胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、慢性胃炎、胆汁反流性胃炎)进行分组,统计各组Hp感染率.将近年来其他地区报道的Hp感染率与柳州地区做比较.结果 柳州地区Hp总感染率为37.34%,男性感染率(40.04%)明显高于女性(33.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与青年组(28.74%)比较,中老年组(39.60%)、老年组(39.60%) Hp感染率明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸烟、饮酒、嗜酸辣各组Hp感染率相应高于非吸烟、非饮酒、非嗜酸辣组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);有消化道基础疾病(胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、慢性胃炎、胆汁反流性胃炎)各组Hp感染率高于无消化道基础疾病组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);柳州地区Hp感染率高于大连、广州、重庆,低于东台(P<0.05).结论 柳州地区Hp感染率与相关地区相比处于中上水平.Hp感染与男性、年龄、不良生活习惯(吸烟、饮酒和嗜酸辣)、消化道基础疾病(胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、慢性胃炎和胆汁反流性胃炎)呈正相关.%Objective To investigate the infectious status of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) among healthy population of Liuzhou region and analyze the relevant factors, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of Hp. Methods Hp antibodies in serum were detected by Double antigen sandwich (colloidal gold method). Subjects were grouped according to sex, age, bad habits (smoking, alcohol, spicy acidophilus) and underlying gastrointestinal diseases (gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis, bile reflux gastritis). The infection rate of Hp in different groups and re-gions were analyzed and compared. Results The total infection rate of Hp was 37.34%in Liuzhou region, and the in-fection rate in males (40.04%) was significantly higher than that in females (33.36%), P<0.05. The infection rate of the youth group (23~40 years) was 28.74%, which was significantly lower than 39.60%of the middle-aged group (40~60 years) and 39.60%of the elderly group (60~93 years), P<0.05. The infection rates of Hp were significantly higher in pa-tients with bad habits of smoking, alcohol, spicy acidophilus than the patients without these habits (P<0.05). The infec-tion rates of Hp were also significantly higher in the patients with underlying gastrointestinal diseases than the patients without such diseases (P<0.05). The infection rates of Hp in Liuzhou was higher than that in Dalian, Guangzhou, Chongqing, but lower than Dongtai (P<0.05). Conclusion Infection rate of Hp in healthy population of Liuzhou region is relatively high among the related regions. Hp infection is positively correlated with male, age, bad habits (smoking, al-cohol and spicy acidophilus), and underlying gastrointestinal diseases (gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis, bile reflux gastritis).
