健康体检人群中幽门螺杆菌感染状况及其管理分析

摘要

Objective To know the infection of helicobacter pylori in health physical examination population and put for-wards the treatment and prevention and control management strategies. Methods The staff receiving health physical exami-nation in our hospital was given 13C breath test, the test results were analyzed, and the questionnaires filled by the subjects were sorted out and the infection factors of helicobacter pylori were analyzed. Results The infection of helicobacter pylori has no direct correlation with the smoking, drinking, keeping pets and marriage, but had a certain correlation with the gen-der, age, income, stomach of family and hot food represented by edibility garlic. Conclusion The causes of infection of heli-cobacter pylori are more, we should control the personal living habits and scientifically manage the health influence factors such as diet, and only in these ways can we effectively prevent and cure the helicobacter pylori infection thus eliminating the harm of it to health.%目的：了解健康人群幽门螺杆菌的感染状况，提出治疗及防治管理对策。方法对来该院进行健康体检的人员，行13C-尿素呼气试验，分析检测结果，并整理受试者填写的调查问卷，从中分析幽门螺旋杆菌感染的因素。结果幽门螺旋杆菌感染与吸烟、饮酒、饲养宠物、婚姻状况无直接相关性，而与性别、年龄、收入状况、家庭成员患胃病情况、以及以食用大蒜为代表的辛辣食品有一定的相关性。结论导致幽门螺旋杆菌感染的因素较多，应控制个人生活习惯，对饮食等影响健康的因素进行科学管理才能有效防治幽门螺旋杆菌感染，从而消除其对健康的危害。
