Objective To investigate the prevalence rate and risk factors of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in the adults receiving healthy examination in Haikou. Methods Adults (aged 18 and older) undergoing physical exami-nation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from May 2015 to December 2016 were selected for epidemiological investigations and analysis of risk factors for CKD. Results A total of 4491 physical examina-tion reports were included. The prevalence rate of CKD, proteinuria, hematuria, reduced eGFR (<60 mL/min), and re-nal ultrasound abnormalities were 13.07％, 1.07％, 3.43％, 3.03％, and 7.04％respectively. Multivariate logistic regres-sion analysis showed that age, diabetes, hypertension, hyperuricemia were the relevant risk factors of CKD, and that chewing betel nut was the protective factor of CKD. Conclusion Adult chronic kidney disease is highly prevalent in Haikou. Health examination will be helpful to screen out chronic kidney diseases in the early stage. Control of blood glucose, blood pressure and serum uric acid may help to reduce the incidence of CKD, and chewing betel nut is the pro-tective factor of CKD.%目的 了解海口市成年体检人群慢性肾脏病(CKD)的患病情况及相关危险因素.方法 选取2015年5月至2016年12月在海南医学院第一附属医院健康体检中心进行体检且在海口居住一年以上的18岁以上成年健康体检者,对其进行CKD患病率和危险因素调查.结果 在资料完整的4491例成年体检者中,CKD患病率为13.07％,蛋白尿患病率为1.07％,血尿患病率为3.43％,eGFR下降(<60 mL/min)患病率为3.03％,肾脏超声异常检出率为7.04％;二分类多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、糖尿病、高血压、高尿酸血症为CKD危险因素,嚼槟榔则为保护性因素.结论 海口市成年人群CKD患病率高,健康体检是筛查CKD的重要途径.控制血糖、血压及血尿酸有利于降低CKD的发病率,嚼槟榔则是CKD的保护因素.
