长链非编码RNA UCA1在胃癌中的研究进展

胃癌是世界上第3大导致死亡的恶性肿瘤,严重危害着人类健康.长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)尿路上皮癌胚抗原1(UCA1)在胃癌的增殖、分化、转移、多药耐药(MDR)等方面有着很重要的作用,在临床应用中具有很大的潜力.%Gastric cancer (GC) is the third most common malignant tumor causing death in the world and seri-ously endangers human health. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) urothelial carcinoma antigen 1 (UCA1) plays a signifi-cant role in gastric cancer cell proliferation, differentation, migration and multi-drug resistance (MDR), and has a great potential for clinical applications.
