二甲双胍联合健脾方对脾虚型多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌及生化指标的影响

摘要

目的 探讨二甲双胍联合健脾方对脾虚型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者内分泌及生化指标的影响.方法 选取黄石市中医医院妇科2014年1月至2016年12月期间收治的102例脾虚型PCOS患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组51例,对照组予二甲双胍治疗,观察组予二甲双胍联合健脾方治疗,疗程均为12周.比较两组患者治疗前后血清卵泡雌激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)及甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的变化.结果 治疗后,观察组患者的血清LH、PRL、T、TC、TG及HOMA-IR分别为(8.64±1.13)U/L、(15.38±2.78)pmol/L、(1.93±0.52)nmol/L、(4.89±1.57)mmol/L、(1.51±0.53)mmol/L、(2.23±0.67),明显低于对照组的(10.14±1.24)U/L、(17.47±2.64)pmol/L、(2.30±0.59)nmol/L、(5.49±1.64)mmol/L、(1.79±0.65)mmol/L、(2.83±0.58),E2为(59.16±4.75)pmol/L,明显高于对照组的(54.12±4.38)pmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 二甲双胍联合健脾方治疗脾虚型多囊卵巢综合征可以有效调节患者内分泌激素水平,改善脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗.%Objective To investigate the effect of metformin combined with Jianpi recipe on endocrine and bio-chemical indexes of patients with splenic asthenia type polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods A total of 102 cas-es of patients with splenic asthenia type PCOS, who admitted to TCM Hospital of Huangshi City from January 2014 to De-cember 2016, were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number tables, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin, and the observation group was given metformin combined Jianpi recipe, all for 12 weeks. The levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2), testosterone (T) and triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC) and insulin resis-tance index (HOMA-IR) of the two groups were measured before and after treatment. Results After the treatment, the levels of serum LH, PRL, T, TC, TG and HOMA-IR in the observation group were respectively (8.64±1.13) U/L, (15.38± 2.78) pmol/L, (1.93±0.52) nmol/L, (4.89±1.57) mmol/L, (1.51±0.53) mmol/L, (2.23±0.67), which were significantly low-er than (10.14±1.24) U/L, (17.47±2.64) pmol/L, (2.30±0.59) nmol/L, (5.49±1.64) mmol/L, (1.79±0.65) mmol/L, (2.83± 0.58) (P<0.05);the levels of E2 in the observation group was (59.16±4.75) pmol/L, which was significantly higher than (54.12±4.38) pmol/L in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Metformin combined with Jianpi recipe can effective-ly regulate the endocrine hormone level and improve lipid metabolism disorder and insulin resistance in the treatment of patients with splenic asthenia type PCOS.
