Objective To study the application value of ultrasound-guided biopsy in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods From March 2016 to January 2017, 55 female patients with breast masses who underwent ultra-sound-guided biopsy in Department of Function in our hospital were selected. The pathological results after surgery were used as the gold standard for diagnosis, and the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of ultrasound guided biopsy were analyzed. Results With postoperative pathological diagnosis as the gold standard, the diagnostic rate of ultrasound-guided biopsy was 75.0%, with a specificity of 100.0%, accuracy of 98.6%, positive predictive value of 100.0%, and negative predictive value of 98.5%. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided biopsy is a minimally invasive technique for the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant breast lesions. It is con-sistent with the surgical pathological diagnosis and has high diagnostic value, which can contribute to further rational treatment decisions.%目的 研究超声引导下穿刺活检在乳腺占位性病变诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取2016年3月至2017年1月期间在我院功能科均进行超声引导下穿刺活检的乳腺占位女性患者55例,以手术后病理结果 作为诊断的金标准,分析超声引导下穿刺病理诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值等诊断效用指标.结果以术后病理诊断结果为金标准,乳腺占位超声引导下穿刺活检病理诊断率为75.0%,特异度为100.0%,准确度为98.6%,阳性预测值为100.0%,阴性预测值为98.5%.结论 超声引导下穿刺活检能够微创下明确乳腺占位的良恶性质,与手术病理诊断一致性高,有很高的诊断价值,有助于进一步的合理治疗决策.
