Objective To investigate the effect of N-Acetyl-L-cysteine treatment on patients with acute exacerba-tion of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) and its effect on serum C-reactive protein (CRP). Methods A total of 86 patients with AECOPD treated in First Department of Internal Medicine, Shiyan People's Hospital of Baoan District of Shenzhen from October 2014 to June 2016 were divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=43) according to randomly number method. The control group was treated with anti-infective therapy, and the observation group was treated with N-Acetyl-L-cysteine plus anti-infective therapy, both for two weeks. The clinical efficacy and changes of serum CRP between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (79.07%), showing significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum CRP in the observation group and control group was (8.69±3.94) mg/L and (14.28±5.86) mg/L, which was significantly lower than (21.52±8.33) mg/L and (20.65± 7.26) mg/L before treatment, and the serum CRP in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of N-Acetyl-L-cysteine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can reduce the level of serum CRP and improve the clinical efficacy.%目的 探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的疗效及其对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响.方法 选择我院内一科于2014年10月至2016年6月间收治的AECOPD患者86例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组患者予抗感染等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒治疗,疗程2周.比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后血清CRP的变化.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后血清CRP水平为(8.69±3.94)mg/L、(14.28±5.86)mg/L,明显低于治疗前的(21.52±8.33)mg/L、(20.65±7.26)mg/L,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 N-乙酰半胱氨酸辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者可降低血清CRP水平,提高临床疗效.
