Objective To investigate the feasibility of day surgery for ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotriphy for ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 80 patients with day surgery (group A) and 80 patients with inpatient surgery (group B) who underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotriphy for ureteral calculi in our hospital from October 2015 to April 2016 were selected as research objects. The time of waiting to be admitted for operation, length of stay, hospital-ization costs, operative time, the incidence of postoperative anesthesia complications and the medical satisfaction of pa-tients were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the operation time and the incidence of postoperative anesthesia complications between the two groups (P>0.05). The time of waiting to be ad-mitted for operation, length of stay, and hospitalization costs in group A were respectively (3.26±0.65) h, (22.15±5.29) h, and (4 463.62±758.46) yuan, which were significantly lower than those in group B of (22.47±4.62) h, (70.64±14.61) h, (7 864.93 ± 1 206.35) yuan (P<0.05). The medical satisfaction of patients in group A was 61%, which was significantly higher than that in group B of 34%(P<0.05). Conclusion Based on adequate preoperative preparation and strict postop-erative management and appropriate selection of patients, day surgery is feasible. It can not only reduce the time of wait-ing to be admitted for operation, length of stay, and hospitalization costs, but also improve patients' satisfaction.%目的：探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术行日间手术的可行性。方法选择2015年10月至2016年4月于我院行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的日间手术患者和住院手术患者各80例为研究对象，比较两组患者的等待手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、手术时间、术后麻醉并发症发生率和就医满意度。结果日间手术组与住院手术组患者的手术时间、术后麻醉并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；日间手术组患者的等待手术时间、住院时间和住院费用分别为(3.26±0.65) h、(22.15±5.29) h、(4463.62±758.46)元，明显少于住院手术组的(22.47±4.62) h、(70.64±14.61) h和(7864.93±1206.35)元，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；日间手术组患者的就医满意度为61%，明显高于住院手术组的34%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择合适的输尿管镜下钬激光碎石患者，经充分术前准备及严格的术后管理，行日间手术是安全可行的，其能明显减少患者等待入院时间、住院时间以及住院费用，且患者就医满意度高。
