Objective To investigate the application effect of standard operation procedure for patients under-going operation. Methods During October 2016 to March 2017, 200 patients scheduled for surgery in Department of General Surgery of Lingao County People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects, of which 100 cases before January 2017 receiving traditional handover procedure were included into the control group, and 100 cases after the implementation of standard operating procedures were included into the observation group. The operation handover time, adverse events rate in handover process, and postoperative patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The adverse events rate in the observation group was 6.0%, significantly lower than 17.0% in the control group (P<0.05);the operation handover time in observation group was (16.4±6.5) min, significantly shorter than (22.5± 8.9) min in the control group (P<0.05);the postoperative satisfaction rate was 94.0%in the observation group, significantly higher than 86.0%in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of standard operation procedure can shorten the handover time, reduce the adverse events rate, and improve the satisfaction.%目的 探讨手术患者交接标准作业程序的应用效果.方法 选择2016年10月至2017年3月期间在临高县人民医院普外科住院治疗的200例择期手术患者为研究对象,将2017年1月前实施传统交接方法的100例患者纳入对照组,此后实施标准作业程序的100例患者纳入观察组,比较两组患者的手术交接时间、交接过程中的不良事件发生率,调查患者术后满意度.结果 观察组患者的不良事件发生率为6.0%,明显低于对照组的17.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者手术交接时间为(16.4±6.5)min,明显短于对照组的(22.5±8.9)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后满意度为94.0%,明显高于对照组的86.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 手术患者交接标准作业程序的应用明显缩短了交接时间,减少了不良事件的发生率,提高了患者的满意度.
